Reiki was a gift from the universe to me during the COVID19 pandemic. I was first introduced to Reiki and energy healing via Zoom sessions and could not believe the power of energy from the start. Over the next couple of years I studied and received my Reiki I, II, and Master Level. I began offering Reiki as an adjunct to my therapy clients, family, and friends. I love supporting others in connecting with their soul energy in ways that would otherwise be unseen. This has driven me to increase my focus on providing energy healing through Reiki. I give myself Reiki daily and it has illuminated my life, I look forward to helping you illuminate yours!

I believe that everyone has the power to heal inside and must remember how to do so. I am honored to be a part of each and every client's remembering! We live in a haphazard culture, encouraging us to look outside and focus on what we do not have, when all of our magic is within us and ever present through the energy of the universe, nature, and love for self and others. We do need the support of our community, including friends and family, but the work and change will come from within your soul and spirit via small and large shifts in your energy, thinking, and ways of being.
