A Bit About Dr. Miholich
Hi! Welcome to my website! I have been working as a psychologist in private practice for over 10 years and have always been honored to be a part of others’ journeys towards healing and growth.
After journeying through my own challenges as a cancer survivor I realized that healing must include not only EMOTIONAL and MENTAL health but also PHYSICAL and SPIRITUAL health.
Over the past 9 years I have educated myself in the areas of nutrition, the connections between physical and mental health, as well as the value of energy and spirituality.
I was first introduced to Reiki and energy healing via Zoom sessions and could not believe the power of energy from the start. Over the next couple of years I studied and received my Reiki I, II, and Master Level. I began offering Reiki as an adjunct to my therapy clients, family, and friends. I love supporting others in connecting with their soul energy in ways that would otherwise be unseen. This has driven me to expand my services to include Reiki and transition to a more wholistic driven approach. Looking at my own health as a unique system, including the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual parts has illuminated my life, I look forward to helping you illuminate yours!

Philosophy
I believe that everyone has the power to heal inside and must remember how to do so. I am honored to be a part of each and every client's remembering! We live in a haphazard culture, encouraging us to look outside and focus on what we do not have, when all of our magic is within us and ever present through the energy of the universe, nature, and love for self and others. We do need the support of our community, including friends and family, but the work and change will come from within your soul and spirit via small and large shifts in your energy, thinking, and ways of being.
