Wholistic Mental Health considers not only the emotion and mental aspect of a person when treating their mental health, but also addresses physical and spiritual health in order to truly heal. In sessions this may look like reviewing lifestyle, habits, and daily choices related to how you treat yourself and your body that could be impacting your mental health. Treatment approaches may include psychoeducation, traditional therapy, energy work, movement practices, or the recommendations of certain supplements and foods.

As a Reiki practitioner I serve as a conduit of Source, or Life Force energy, so that your body, mind, and spirit can gain greater clarity, health, and healing through this connection. During the session you will be lying down in a comfortable place and focused on being present and relaxing. Reiki can be received either through direct hands on contact, hands hovering, or even virtually, as energy transcends time and space.
Sessions are $200 per 55 minute session (virtual or in person)
